Our signature meal-in-a-flash staple. Free-roaming Pat LaFrieda chicken is salt-brined overnight and slow-cooked in our rotisserie oven. Made with just 3 ingredients (no nasties here!): chicken, olive oil, and salt.
Offered hot and fresh on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Or chilled for snacking or heating up later.
